The first photo should be of the nutrition facts table. ![]() Many brands have multiple formulations of the same product with only slightly different nutrition information, so we need to be able to easily determine if this is a product we already have in the database, or if it is a unique formulation that requires a new database listing. ![]() We use these photos to verify the product you are submitting, so they MUST be readable and complete. Please take clear and complete photos of the label. If your food has an American-style nutrition facts table, we will do our best to autofill the nutrition facts from the table. If the food item is not already in our database, you will be asked to take a picture of the nutrition facts tables and front label to submit this food to our database so that our curation team can add it to our public CRDB database. Once the barcode has been scanned, you will be directed to the food listing where you can enter your serving size and add the food to your diary. You may need to move the camera closer to, or farther away from the barcode, while still keeping the barcode visible in the viewfinder.
